A lesson request comes in while the team is handing out equipment. Later, a guest calls to add an airport transfer. Both are easier to handle from the screens your team already uses.
Manage bookings at the front desk
Open requests have their own place on the office home page, with a direct link to each booking. Staff can start a new booking from a returning guest’s profile where office checkout is enabled. If a guest adds a transfer later, the team can add it to the existing booking. If the extra is unavailable, TIDEFORCE explains why.
Set a separate deposit policy for events
Schools that use deposits can choose to require full payment for bookings that include an event. This is a location setting and applies to mixed bookings too. Bookings for lessons or rentals alone follow the location’s usual settings.
Preview the new booking and staff emails
Confirmations, reminders and staff notifications have a more consistent layout on phones and desktops. Schools can upload their logo again and use Email Studio to see how it looks on a booking confirmation.
