At a glance

  • Maintain shared pricing models
  • Plan seasons in one calendar
  • Set limits by activity and time slot

From the shared pricing model to your guests’ calendar: configure your offers so that prices, seasons and available places fit your school’s operations.

These rules form the basis of your available offers. See how customers select dates and combine services with products in Booking & Checkout.

Reuse pricing models across offers

Set prices by duration and season in a reusable pricing model. Link the offers that should share that structure so you can maintain their common price table in one place.

In “Pricing Models”, linked products appear alongside the table. Review those connections before changing a rate. Prices follow the rules you configure.

Plan seasons across the year

Define date ranges for high, mid, low and off season. The annual calendar shows which season applies each day and where no period has been assigned.

When periods overlap, the overview shows the affected dates and their priority: High → Mid → Low → Off. Review overlaps and check the intended season assignment before making your offer available.

Set capacity by activity and time slot

Set separate limits for lessons, guided sessions and shuttles in each booking slot, plus a daily rental limit for each activity. A season type’s settings apply to its associated date ranges.

  • A number above 0 sets the maximum capacity.
  • 0 closes that option.
  • An empty field imposes no limit at this setting. Where several limits apply, the most restrictive one wins.

Match the limits to your available team and equipment. The example shows different kite and wingfoil limits for morning, midday and afternoon.

Check prices and dates in the booking flow

Guests see prices for individual dates in the offer’s calendar. Course duration, group size and the description help them choose the right offer.

Before making the offer available, check a typical date, a season boundary and different booking durations. Review the displayed price and bookable places through to the cart.
