What counts as usage
A billable API read occurs when the connected website requests supported public content from the feed; sensible caching can reduce how often that is needed. A tracking unit is one supported website interaction accepted by the connector for aggregate or qualified funnel analysis. The exact pilot measurement contract is confirmed before activation.

Supported public offers and products, public descriptions and relevant structured fields, prices, price-validity and season periods, public images and optimized variants, plus last-updated or version information. Private customer, order, payment and operational records are not part of the public content feed.
02Does Website Sync work with an existing website?

That is its purpose. Website Sync is designed for a supported external website that the school wants to keep. Pilot fit depends on the site's technical setup and is confirmed before activation. If you want a complete new website instead, see the TIDEFORCE School Websites service.
03What counts as API usage?

A billable read occurs when the connected website requests supported public content from the Website Sync feed. Efficient caching means the website should not need a new feed request for every visitor or page view. The measurement contract is confirmed during pilot setup.
04What happens when usage exceeds the allowance?

Additional API reads are €0.20 per 1,000, additional optimized image delivery is €0.30 per GB, and additional tracking is €0.12 per 1,000 tracking units. These are net prices, excluding VAT where applicable. Pilot measurement and billing details are confirmed before activation; no live self-service usage dashboard is promised.
05Can anonymous visitors be connected to Customer 360?

Not by default. Anonymous or unlinked activity remains anonymous or aggregate. A Customer 360 connection is made only where consent or another legitimate attribution basis, identity and source coverage permit it. Customer 360 remains Beta / limited rollout.
06Is a consent banner included?

Not automatically. The Website Analytics Connector is not a blanket consent or legal package. We confirm whether the website's existing consent setup can support the connection and scope any additional technical work separately. The school remains responsible for the website's legal configuration and wording.
07What does setup include?

Self-service documentation for the supported connection is included. Assisted standard setup is €149 one-time. Custom website implementation starts at €490 one-time and is scoped before confirmation.
08Does this change normal TIDEFORCE platform pricing?

No. Website Sync, Website Insights and Connected Journey are separate optional recurring services. The regular platform pricing remains unchanged and has no mandatory monthly platform fee under the current pricing presentation. Existing website-build and domain-connection services keep their stated one-time pricing.
