Website Sync
Keep your existing website and its design. Website Sync provides read access to agreed public content from one school account. Your website or agency connects the supported fields during setup.
Efficient updates
The website should cache content and refresh it when needed. We agree the refresh frequency during setup; it depends on the website implementation.
One shared allowance
One TIDEFORCE school account, one production domain and one staging domain share the monthly API allowance. Images used inside the TIDEFORCE booking app are not charged again as external website delivery.

All prices are net per calendar month, excluding VAT where applicable. API operation and routine API maintenance are included. Choose Data if you host images yourself, or Data + Images for TIDEFORCE image delivery.

When charges start: Data becomes chargeable above 10,000 reads. Data + Images becomes chargeable above 10,000 reads or 1 GB of images. The full monthly fee then applies; included amounts are totals, not added to the free allowance. We agree paid continuation, warning thresholds and a monthly budget in advance.
Analytics and image bundles
Choose one analytics service. Book it on its own, or combine it with Website Sync Data + Images. While API usage stays within both free limits, only the analytics fee applies.

A chargeable bundle includes the Data + Images allowance and its selected analytics service. Save €9 compared with buying these separately. The API base fee and analytics fee are not added again. Tracking above the allowance costs €0.12 per 1,000 units; API and image overages follow the table above. Optional setup is separate.

Before activation, we agree the supported fields, refresh behavior, image option, analytics requirements and expected usage. You or your agency can implement the connection, or book support.

How monthly usage is measured
Metering, allowances and rounding in detail
Each successful API request counts once, including requests served from the TIDEFORCE cache; each requested pagination page counts separately. Local website-cache hits, TIDEFORCE errors and rejected or throttled requests are not charged. Image usage is data transferred to your external website; 1 GB is 1,000,000,000 bytes. A tracking unit is a supported website interaction accepted by the analytics connector.
Free limits are checked again each calendar month, including for bundles. Unused allowances do not roll over. Overages are calculated proportionally per read, byte or tracking unit, without rounding up to full blocks. Only the final invoice amount is rounded to cents. The analytics fee continues while that service is booked.
Privacy and control
Your school stays in control
Your website keeps your brand, presentation and direct customer relationship. The Sync feed contains approved public content; private customer, order, payment and operational records are outside its scope.
Analytics is configured separately
Before activation, we agree sources, collected signals and the required consent configuration. Anonymous or unlinked activity remains anonymous or aggregated. Connecting it to customer history requires a supported identity, source coverage and a valid attribution basis.

01Does Website Sync include native booking on my website?

The content feed keeps supported public content up to date. Native Booking Engine, shop and Guidebook integrations are separate services with their own scope and quote. Compare the website and integration options.
02Do I need Bring Your Own Domain?

Not just to connect an existing external website. Bring Your Own Domain is a separate service for a branded TIDEFORCE domain connection; that service alone does not trigger Website Sync API charges.
03Is a consent banner or legal setup included?

Not automatically. We check whether your existing consent setup supports the analytics connection and agree any additional technical work separately. The school remains responsible for its website’s legal notices, policy wording and legal configuration.
04What would 50,000 API reads and 50 GB of images cost?

Data costs €34: €29 plus €5 for extra API reads. Data + Images costs €53: €39 plus €5 for reads and €9 for images. With tracking within its allowance: Sync + Insights €63, Sync + Journey €83. All amounts exclude VAT per calendar month; setup is separate.
