A sailing course may span several days, use different boats and involve students with different experience. TIDEFORCE connects the course booking with your manual allocation of boats, instructors and groups, including the changes a weather window can require.
Combine taster sessions, multi-day courses, camps, accommodation and extras in one checkout. A certification course can be organised as a course; this does not mean TIDEFORCE issues qualifications or manages an awarding body’s requirements.
Represent your boats and equipment in inventory and assign them to sessions. Configure the offer’s bookable capacity and check it against the boats and crew available. Capacity settings do not replace your safety and qualification checks.
Manually group students by level, language, age and skill on the whiteboard. Allocate the instructor, boat and supporting equipment, then record attendance at the session.
Move sessions and reassign the crew on a shared timetable. Conditions are entered by your team; weather-station integration and automatic instructor matching are not included.
Inventory Intelligence shows recorded usage, condition and location. Configure provider accounts for partners who need to place or manage bookings, with access limited to their role.
Instructor reports support pay preparation. Create invoices from booking or payment data, including the configured tax treatment of each line, and confirm them before sending. Partner billing also remains subject to your review.
