Build and adjust your daily plan
Instructors and groups
Allocate instructors and group guests by language, level, age and skill. Calculate teams automatically, review the result and reassign people or equipment by drag-and-drop. Check your required ratios when a group changes or an instructor becomes unavailable.
Assign equipment to each group
Assign boards, wetsuits, kites and harnesses to sessions from your inventory. Equipment Insights adds recorded usage, condition and location for each item.
Check-in and multiple locations
QR check-in at the centre records guests’ arrival. Assign session groups, instructors and equipment in day planning. Coordinate across locations within staff access permissions; the plan stays connected to the original booking.
Keep responsibility clear
Automatic team calculation helps form groups. Your team reviews the result, adjusts assignments and decides whether conditions allow a session to go ahead. Weather-station and webcam integrations are not part of this workflow.
After delivery, session reports and payroll records keep reported work connected. For rentals, the rental board handles active and upcoming equipment bookings.
