The Commerce & Operations Platform for Outdoor Sports Schools. TIDEFORCE connects what a guest discovers, books and buys with the stay and the work your team delivers. Your school keeps its brand, direct customer relationship and data; TIDEFORCE is not a marketplace between you and the guest.

A guest can move from your branded storefront into mobile-first booking, combine services and products in one cart, pay, and receive email confirmations and reminders. The Guidebook keeps your local tips, spots, activities, day-plans and favorites close to the booking, so preparation carries your school's voice beyond checkout.

In selected school setups, staff check the guest in and confirm the active stay location. Where enabled, the customer profile can load bookings from other locations the team member is allowed to access, while previous active-stay snapshots are preserved internally. On the operations board, the booking becomes the session, group, instructor and equipment plan the team delivers.

Booking and payment history stays with the customer profile. Where enabled, configurable Customer Tiers can turn lifetime bookings, lifetime payments or both into a visible internal signal, with manual overrides for exceptions. That helps the team recognise a returning guest; it does not automatically send a campaign, discount or rebooking offer.

Products and used or demo school gear can be published through the inventory-linked shop and sold through the same cart as services. The live connection is between the inventory item and the shop. Linking the exact item to an individual student and automatically marketing it back to that person are planned, not available today.

The guest stays in your school's branded, direct channel instead of entering a marketplace relationship.Where stay context is enabled, the office sees it alongside booking history without reconstructing the story from disconnected tools. The delivery team works from the same booking that created the session, group and equipment plan.A returning guest has useful history and, where enabled, a visible tier signal, while follow-up decisions remain with your team.Services and shop products share one commerce flow, while inventory analytics remain clearly labelled Beta.

The guest principle is simple: No student has to log in. Every student can log in. The no-mandatory-login path, passwordless secure link and QR ticket implementation are rolling out, so they should be treated as product direction rather than universally live today.

Frequently asked questions

01

What does the team know when a guest returns?

+

The customer profile keeps booking and payment history. In selected school setups, it can load bookings from other locations the team member is allowed to access. Where enabled, a configurable Customer Tier can add a visible signal based on lifetime bookings, lifetime payments or both. A visible stay-history timeline is still later work.

02

Does a guest need an account or QR ticket?

+

The guest-first path with no mandatory login, email-first passwordless access through a secure booking link, and QR tickets with one-tap check-in is rolling out. It is not presented as universally live today.

03

Does TIDEFORCE automatically send repeat-booking, review or loyalty campaigns?

+

No. Email confirmations and reminders are live. Where enabled, Customer Tiers provide an internal loyalty signal. Reviews and ratings, tier-based perks or campaigns, and automated repeat-marketing flows are not live capabilities.

04

Can TIDEFORCE tell which exact item a student used?

+

Not today. Inventory Intelligence is available in Beta at the item level, using usage hours, condition and location recorded by the team. Linking a specific item to an individual student and targeting that student with a resale offer are planned.

05

How does the journey work across multiple locations?

+

Where enabled, the active stay stores its location and the customer profile can load bookings from other locations more reliably when the team member has permission to access them. Access boundaries still apply.

06

Can guests buy shop products alongside a booking?

+

Yes. Shop products and used or demo gear linked to inventory use the same cart as services, so a purchase can stay in the same commerce flow as a booking.
