Tours in the same cart
Guests can combine a tour with a lesson, rental, shuttle or other extra. Your team can also book walk-ins, using the same configured offer and prices.
For guided tours & side activities
Sell guided tours alongside lessons and rentals, then plan participants, guides and equipment.
At a glance
A coastal paddle, downwinder or local side activity needs a clear offer and a workable departure plan. TIDEFORCE connects the tour booking with the group, guide and equipment, so your team can prepare the tour alongside the rest of the school’s day.

Set the bookable limit for each tour and collect the relevant participant information. Review the limit against the guides, equipment and conditions you can support.
Group participants manually on the whiteboard, allocate a guide and attach equipment. If conditions change, move the session and revise the assignments; the team sees the updated plan.
Configured booking confirmations and reminders support the information guests need. Keep meeting point and offer details current, and make sure your team communicates any operational changes.

Publish local spots, tips and partner recommendations in your school’s voice. The Guidebook helps guests explore the area; recommendations are distinct from the tours you sell through checkout.
TIDEFORCE covers sales and operations, including connected payments and invoices confirmed by your team. GPS tracking, live tour maps and waypoint navigation are not included. Direct booking of third-party Guidebook recommendations is also outside the current scope.
We’ll walk through a typical day at your school and discuss the features, setup and costs that matter to you.

We map your real school day first, then show only where TIDEFORCE actually fits.
