Invoices use data from bookings and shop sales. For payment processing itself, explore Payments.

One Invoice Studio for your workflows

Bookings and payments

Create an invoice for the whole booking or for an individual payment. The booking value, payment status and invoiced amount stay linked to the relevant transaction.

Shop and in-person sales

Use the records from a shop sale, an Inventory Direct Sale or an in-person sale. See Shop & Inventory for the sales workflow.

Team payouts and expenses

Create the relevant statements and documents for instructor payouts, other team payouts and business expenses. Keep the recorded payment linked. Reports & Payroll provides the basis for team statements.

Custom invoices

Create a custom invoice with your own recipient and line items, including without a previous booking or shop order.

Automate recurring invoicing

Automatic creation after payment

Enable automatic invoice creation for your chosen payment methods. After a successful payment, the associated invoice is created from the existing records.

Consolidated invoices for booking intermediaries

Combine bookings from tour operators, travel providers, hotels or other booking intermediaries into consolidated invoices. For selected partners, configure a monthly billing run with a fixed day and eligible booking statuses. See Providers & Partners for details.

The PDF for emailing these consolidated invoices with a BCC copy is currently still generated in Invoice Studio.

E-invoices and your own number sequences

Machine-readable invoice data

Provide structured XML data alongside the PDF in the ZUGFeRD/Factur-X format using the EN 16931 profile. Recipients can use it to process invoice data electronically.

Numbering that fits your business

Assign number ranges to invoice types such as payments, bookings, shop sales or rentals. Configure the prefix, suffix, sequence length and starting value. Sequential numbering can restart each financial year or continue across years.

Send payments and documents to accounting

Payment data through Stripe

Connect Stripe to your accounting tool through a suitable integration. The payment data, fees, refunds and payouts that sync automatically depend on the integration and your account.

Invoice copies by BCC

Set your accounting tool’s document intake address as the invoice BCC address. When an invoice email includes a PDF attachment, it automatically receives a copy of that email and PDF. Customer and intermediary invoices can use separate addresses. Your accounting tool handles the import.
