Ready for the first bookings
We configure prices and capacity for your school and check the booking experience under your brand. Once your export data is complete and your offering and responsibilities are agreed, your setup will be ready within a week.
Map and review your customer data
Upload your customer CSV and map its columns to the matching fields. Email and first name are required; add contact and address details as needed.
The preview shows which customers will be created, updated or skipped. Review the result, then start the import — with our team alongside you when needed.
Bring equipment and vouchers across
Equipment import with clear data checks
Import equipment by CSV. For existing serial numbers, choose whether to update the entry, skip it or merge selected fields. Your team can then work with models, sizes, serial numbers, locations and condition in the inventory.
Keep your existing vouchers
Vouchers can also be imported by CSV. The Viking export format is recognised directly. For other platforms, we help prepare the available export data for import.

Review your catalogue and supported booking pages in Live Preview: prepare a draft, check how it looks to guests and publish when everything is ready. Your team launches with a booking experience it has already checked.

01How long does the switch take?

Your setup will be ready within a week. That week starts once your export data is complete and your offering and responsibilities are agreed. This also applies when moving from Viking Bookings, Bloowatch, Leao or another booking platform. We agree the scope and start date with you at the outset.
02Does CSV import move our entire business history?

Smart imports cover supported customer, equipment and voucher data. Together we review which historic bookings, payments or other data can also be migrated, based on the exports from your existing system.
03Is onboarding the same as the Launch Package?

No. The optional Launch Package is a separately priced service with its stated on-site scope. The agreed proposal defines what is included in your setup.
