For kitesurf schools

Kite lessons, equipment and the daily plan.

Sell courses and rentals together. Plan groups, instructors and equipment around the conditions at your spot.

At a glance

  • Courses and rentals together
  • Manual group and instructor planning
  • Equipment usage and condition

A kite booking is only the start: someone needs to form the group, choose the equipment and decide when the lesson can run. TIDEFORCE connects those tasks with the booking, so your office and beach team work from the same information.

From the booking to the beach

Courses and the rest of the trip

Guests can combine lessons, camps, rentals, accommodation and extras in one cart. Staff can also take walk-in bookings at the desk. Your configured offers and prices apply in the same system.

Groups your instructors can work with

Use the whiteboard to group participants by level, language, age and skill, then assign instructors and equipment. Your team makes these choices; the system does not automatically match a student to an instructor.

A plan that can change with the wind

Move sessions and reassign groups when the conditions require it. The shared timetable gives the team the updated plan. Conditions are entered manually; your instructors remain responsible for the decision to go out.

Kites, boards, bars and harnesses

Connect rentals and session assignments to real inventory items. Inventory Intelligence shows recorded usage, condition and location, helping the team review equipment before it goes out again.

Capacity and seasonal prices

Set prices for the relevant date ranges and locations, and define bookable capacity for your activities. Check those limits against your staffing and equipment; a booking limit alone does not establish a safe teaching ratio.

Keep the follow-up connected

Create invoices from booking or payment data and confirm them before sending. Instructor session reports support the preparation and review of pay. Local advice can be published in your Guidebook.

Before you switch

Start with your actual offers, equipment and a representative day. We review that workflow with you, agree the import and setup scope, and confirm costs before launch. Setup and import · Platform prices and optional services.
