For rental-heavy schools & stations

Your rental desk. One shared overview.

Manage pre-booked and walk-in rentals with specific equipment, rates and condition records.

At a glance

  • Specific equipment assignments
  • Handover and return evidence
  • Rental rates and seasonal pricing

When equipment is a large part of your business, the desk needs to know more than how many reservations exist. TIDEFORCE connects the rental booking with the assigned item, its condition and the price, while keeping rentals alongside your lessons and tours.

Plan your fleet in the Resource Planner: free hours for each item, an individual item’s week and multi-day rentals in the seasonal timeline.

From reservation to return

See active and upcoming rentals

The Rental Board shows planned, active, multi-day and completed rentals with guests and assigned equipment. Walk-ins use the same system as online reservations. Staff record handover and return against the rental.

Assign the specific item

Link a booking to a real board, wetsuit, kite or other inventory item. Review item status and availability before handing it over; a category name alone does not identify the equipment a guest received.

Document condition at handover and return

Optionally add photos or videos after assigning equipment. At completion, the equipment report shows existing evidence and lets you record condition, storage location and a comment. See the rental product page for the detailed workflow.

Price the way you rent

Configure hourly, half-day, full-day, multi-day and package rates. Use seasonal prices and shared Pricing Modes for related offers and locations.

Connect rental with the rest of the school

Lessons and rentals in the same checkout

Guests can combine rentals with lessons, tours, camps and extras. The booking stays connected to payments and invoicing. Invoices can be reviewed manually or created through configured automations.

Review the fleet over time

Inventory Intelligence shows recorded usage, condition and location. The connected shop can also be used to sell used or demo equipment; your team decides which items to release for sale.

The board’s late indicator applies to planned start times. It does not include automatic extensions, overdue charges or refundable equipment deposits. A checkout part-payment is not an equipment security deposit. Discuss additional requirements during setup.
