Guidebook · Your school’s local guide

Beyond the session. A better stay.

Favourite restaurants, yoga, day trips and events: the Guidebook helps guests discover what your school recommends, at your centre and around it.

Yoga on a wooden dock beside the Sicilian lagoon

Yoga before the session. A favourite restaurant afterwards. An evening together by the water. Your guests want to get to know the place through people who call it home. The Guidebook keeps that local knowledge close at hand.

Ideas for a day out complement the stay. They are separate from the schedule of booked sessions, and saving a favourite does not reserve a place. See how recommendations, sessions and customer information connect in Customer Experience & App.

Your local knowledge makes the difference.

Which little trattoria does your team love? Where is it worth taking a day trip? What are you organising yourselves? Your school curates its own local guide and chooses the recommendations guests discover.

Photos, a short description and a location give each tip useful context. In Guidebook Admin, your team maintains the selection and controls which entries are visible.

Places you’d recommend to a friend.

A restaurant after the lesson. A café with a great breakfast. A favourite spot for sunset. Your selection gives guests a personal answer to a simple question: what does our school recommend?

Photos give a first impression; the details help guests decide. Depending on the entry, a map link, website or phone number connects them with the place. Guests can explore your tips by category and time of day.

Morning yoga. Evenings together.

Yoga, Pilates, other activities, a party at your centre or live music around the corner: the Guidebook brings together your school’s own events and recommendations nearby.

Photos, descriptions, suggested times and meeting points help guests understand what to expect. The Guidebook becomes a companion for the time before, between and after their sessions.

Save a favourite. Plan a day out.

A tap on the heart saves a recommendation for later. Favourites help guests return to the restaurant or activity they wanted to explore.

Your school can also combine recommendations into a day plan: morning yoga followed by lunch together. You set the order, suggested times and notes; guests see your idea for a good day, even when there is no wind.
