Offer a monetary value as a voucher for purchase. When it is partially redeemed, the remaining balance stays available for later redemptions.
Discount vouchers
Set a percentage discount or a fixed amount. Give each promotion its own code and clear conditions.
Personal vouchers
Assign a voucher to a specific customer. Its discount and permitted usage stay linked to that customer.

Set the start and end of the validity period and choose the locations where the voucher can be used.
Minimum cart value
Require a minimum amount when needed. A cart below that amount cannot use the voucher.
Usage limits
Limit the total number of redemptions for non-personal vouchers. Depending on the voucher type, you can also set a per-customer limit.
Activation and combinations
Activate or deactivate a voucher and decide whether it can be combined with other vouchers.

Enter the voucher
Guests enter their code in checkout. Your team can also redeem vouchers within the booking workflow.
Check the conditions
TIDEFORCE checks validity, usage limits and the minimum cart value. The eligible amount is applied to the transaction.
Record the redemption
The redemption stays linked to the customer and booking. For gift vouchers, the available balance is reduced accordingly.
Track balances and usage.
Voucher management shows status, validity and usage. For gift vouchers, you can see both the original amount and the remaining balance.
A voucher does not reserve a course date or capacity. Guests select the actual service through Booking & Checkout; the associated customer information is available in Customer 360.

01How do gift and discount vouchers differ?

A gift voucher holds a balance that can be redeemed in full or in part. A discount voucher reduces the price under its configured conditions, by a percentage or a fixed amount.
02Can I limit the number of redemptions?

Yes. Non-personal vouchers can have a total usage limit. Depending on the type, customer-specific usage limits are also available.
03What happens to unused credit?

Any unused value remains available on the gift voucher. Further redemptions follow its configured conditions and validity period.
04Does a voucher already reserve a date?

No. The voucher and the actual booking are separate steps. Dates and available capacity are checked when the service is selected.
