Cash payments and payments through external, alternative in-person methods recorded in TIDEFORCE cost 2.1 % in Start, 1.8 % in School or 1.5 % in Scale, based on the recorded payment amount. No additional fixed amount; the TIDEFORCE online payment fee is not added. External payment-provider fees are not included.

Billing & refunds

Your monthly invoice shows net fees and applicable VAT. Fees already collected are credited.

Fees for the original payment are not returned when you issue a refund.

Billing details & included services

Rounding differences appear as a credit or outstanding balance. They do not trigger an automatic additional debit or payment reminder.

Booking includes payment processing, booking and payment confirmations, booking-related customer and receipt data, and basic support.

Team accounting helps prepare payroll. It does not run payroll automatically.

Your Stripe account

We connect your own Stripe account to TIDEFORCE during setup.

Available payment methods depend on country, currency, device and account activation.

Currencies & conversion

The percentage rates also apply in other provider-supported currencies. The fixed amount stated in EUR is converted natively into the settlement currency.

Actual currency conversion and special foreign-currency payouts follow the separate payment terms.

Scope & terms

Base modernizes your entire existing website from its current state, without developing a new website concept or imposing a five-page limit. We use standard components, your final content and consolidated revision rounds. You receive a turnkey website with the TIDEFORCE API integrated, Google Analytics 4, Meta measurement and meta tags. Checkout takes place in TIDEFORCE; native checkout on your website is not included. Bespoke native guidebook and shop integrations are also excluded. Required modules and licences are agreed separately.

Hosting and technical base operation are included during the 36-month term. Afterwards they remain included when using TIDEFORCE; without TIDEFORCE, €39 per month.

Technical base updates are part of base operation; Care is a separate content service. For an existing booking system, feasibility and extra effort are agreed before commissioning.

Full modernization and rebuild with native checkout, guidebook and shop, connected and operated through the agreed TIDEFORCE API connections. All Base services are included; its price and financing term are not inherited.

Pages, languages, content, revisions, term, payment schedule, modules/licences and operation are agreed in the individual quote. Selecting this website does not unlock extra software modules.

Analytics & privacy

Website Insights shows supported website signals; Connected Journey links them to bookings where the identity match is reliable. Supported interactions by registered guests may appear in their named TIDEFORCE customer profile after an unambiguous match. Scope depends on sources and consent. Anonymous visitors are not identified; names and email addresses are not tracking data sent to Google or Meta. GA4 and Meta measurement are set up with the agreed consent configuration. Meta tags cover page titles, descriptions and previews.

How do the Stripe account and fees work?
