Choose services and products

A stay often includes more than a course. Customers choose from your bookable services and add products from your shop. Services and physical items appear as separate line items in the same cart.

Course + school shirt → one shared checkout. The shirt is a shop product in its own right. Customers can also book a rental and buy equipment, or combine several services such as a course and accommodation.

Book services, buy products

For a course or rental, customers select available dates and provide the required details. For equipment and merchandise, they choose the product and, where applicable, its size, variant or individual unit. Both paths lead to the same cart.

Shuttles, camping pitches and lockers can complement the stay, alongside vouchers and extras. Your configured prices and capacity limits govern the offer. Accommodation management and scheduling covers the operational side of a stay.

Pay for everything in one checkout

Customers review their services and products in the cart, then complete their purchase and payment in one checkout. Buying a shirt alongside a course follows the same process.

Payment processing remains connected to your school’s transactions. Payments explains supported payment methods; Invoicing covers the document workflows.

Keep things connected after checkout

After checkout, bookings, customer details and school operations stay connected. Your team organises sessions and groups in the Whiteboard. The actual allocation follows your school’s planning process.

Customers can find their bookings, receive information by email and open the relevant customer views in their browser. The app is optional. Customer Experience & App follows the journey to their next session.

Connect your existing website

A new website is optional. Your existing site can link to the booking and purchasing flow. A schedule widget displays the timetable; an individually implemented integration can go further. We agree the right scope for your website.

Website integration and modernisation are additional services. Website Sync connects supported public offer data to your website.
