At a glance

  • New products and merchandise
  • Selected individual items
  • Combine purchases with bookings

Customers can browse and buy equipment or merchandise in your shop, whether they’re just shopping or also booking a stay.

Make your school’s products discoverable

A school shirt in several sizes, new equipment or a used board from your stock: present products with images, descriptions, prices and the relevant choices.

Your team can use the same product listing to answer questions from shoppers and course participants. Inventory & Stock explains the records behind each listing.

List stock products and individual items

Manage stock by quantity

Ten new leashes of the same model share one stock record with a quantity of ten. Manage variants, prices and available quantities for new equipment, accessories and merchandise.

Individual items with their own details

Two Duotone Evo kites may be the same model but differ in condition, photos and price. Each one has its own serial number and inventory record.

Move a prepared unit to the shop clipboard and create a shop product from it. Existing images, equipment data and prices carry across. Your school decides which products and units to publish.

An active shop listing does not end the item’s use in courses or rentals. It can remain in school use while it is neither reserved for the shop nor sold. Equipment Insights adds recorded usage and history; Inventory & Stock covers records and stock management.

Turn interest in equipment into a purchase

Customers can view the equipment assigned to them and read its details. If it has a linked, active shop listing, they can also see an option to buy it. Equipment details remain available even when an item is not for sale.

When a guest asks about a board after a session, your team can refer to its details and current shop listing. Customer Experience & App shows how this fits into the guest’s visit.

In session feedback, customers can also rate the equipment they used. This optional feedback adds context to equipment details and gives your team a concrete starting point for their next conversation.

Bring product purchases and bookings together

A school shirt with a course. Equipment with a rental. Customers can put physical products and bookable services in the same cart and pay for them together.

Customers can also buy from the shop without booking a service. Booking & Checkout explains the process from choosing items to completing a purchase.

Sell online and on site, then review sales

Online, customers select the product or specific unit on offer. On site, your team records a sale directly against the inventory item, with buyer, price, discount and the appropriate document. Product, sales status and transaction stay connected.

Product analytics shows revenue, units sold and orders for paid sales. Choose a period to see which days generated sales and the average order value. Payment status, documents and equipment handover are tracked separately.

Payments explains payment methods; Invoicing covers documents. Stock management remains connected to the sale.

Frequently asked questions

01

Is the shop only for used school equipment?

+

No. It also covers new equipment, accessories and merchandise. Variants with stock quantities and individual used or demo units are listed according to their stock type.

02

Is every inventory item automatically listed?

+

No. An equipment record is not a published shop listing. Your school decides which products and units to offer.

03

Can listed equipment remain in use?

+

A shop listing does not automatically end its use. An item can remain in school operations while it is neither reserved for the shop nor sold.

04

Can customers buy products with a course or rental?

+

Yes. Physical products and bookable services can share one cart and checkout. Explore the purchasing flow.

05

Where do I manage equipment and stock?

+

Inventory & Stock covers operational management. The shop page explains how records become listings and how your team handles sales.

06

When do customers see an option to buy equipment?

+

When the equipment has a linked, active shop listing. Its details remain available even if it is not for sale.

07

Which documents are available for direct sales?

You can create a quote, an order, an invoice or a receipt. You can also record a sale internally without creating a customer document.

08

Do we need a new school website?

No. The shop is part of the platform. A new website or an individual connection to your existing site is agreed separately.
