Set up partner access and terms
Create an individual provider account for a tour operator, hotel or other booking partner. Set their agreed locations and discounts. The provider role and approved products determine what the partner can work with.
Partner management brings accounts, contacts and agreed terms together.
Guide partners through their first sign-in
New partners complete a guided setup: after an introduction, they add their company profile, enter billing and contact details, then confirm the available locations and agreed terms.
The company name, address and billing email are maintained in one place. A separate main contact and notification preferences help booking updates and invoices reach the right people.
Manage bookings in a dedicated partner area
Partners create bookings for their guests through their own account, using your school’s available products and capacity. Their overview groups bookings and billing amounts by service month and location.
The booking hub keeps participants, products, dates and status together. Booking details show the agreed discount and outstanding amount: in this example, two sessions priced at €290 come to €246.50 after a 15% partner discount.
Bring bookings into a monthly invoice
Combine eligible partner bookings into a consolidated invoice for each location and service month. The month in which the booked service ends determines the billing period. Automate invoice runs for selected partners with a fixed day of the month and eligible booking statuses.
In the example, two confirmed bookings produce three invoice items totalling €705.50. The rental draft remains outside the invoice. Review the recipient, services, discounts and amounts in Invoice Studio before saving or sending the invoice.
