A broad supplier label is a poor basis for a software decision. Bookeo has separate offerings for different business types. Start by identifying the product and plan being demonstrated, then test the requirements of your school.
What Bookeo describes
The official Bookeo Classes and Courses page, checked September 30, 2026, describes online registration, scheduling, payments, staff, waivers and student information. It supports classes, courses, events and private lessons, with website integration or a standalone booking page.
Bookeo also documents scheduling for tours and activities. These capabilities should be evaluated directly, rather than dismissed as appointment booking alone.
Test the part after registration
Use a beginner lesson with participants who speak different languages, one shared equipment pool and a rental running alongside the course. Ask how staff create the group, allocate instructors, check equipment and respond to a change.
TIDEFORCE uses connected booking records and Whiteboard planning for the school day. Staff decide assignments and safety. Test with an instructor's permissions to see whether the relevant details are available without exposing unrelated customer or finance information.
Trace the records you need later
After the session, check attendance, the report, recorded equipment use and invoice preparation. In TIDEFORCE, an invoice is reviewed before issue, and compensation preparation is separate from statutory payroll. Inventory Intelligence supports recorded usage and condition; it does not measure equipment automatically.
If used-equipment sales matter, ask to see the specific inventory item linked to a shop product. Check the same requirement with Bookeo and any additional tools proposed in that solution. Do not infer the answer from a marketing headline.
Compare a complete offer
Include payment processing, setup, support, website integration and necessary additional software. TIDEFORCE's pricing page separates the platform from optional services. The selection checklist helps record demonstrated, configuration-dependent and unresolved requirements for both providers.
