GuideComparisons

Compare software cost beyond the subscription

Include the manual work and additional services needed to complete the same workflow.

The cheapest advertised plan is not automatically the cheapest way to run a school. Equally, a broader platform is not automatically worth a higher price. Compare the complete process and the costs it actually creates.

Use the same scenario

Choose a representative month and a typical booking mix. Include courses, rentals and any important extras. Ask each provider for the applicable plan, setup work, payment fees and optional modules. Keep one-time costs separate from recurring charges.

Use the same assumptions about transaction volume and payment methods. Otherwise a percentage-based offer and a monthly subscription will appear more different than they really are.

Count the work around the booking

Observe how often staff copy information, correct conflicting plans or rebuild invoices. Record the time needed for a few representative cases rather than inventing a general saving. Include training and maintenance, as well as the initial migration.

Some specialist tools may remain appropriate. Statutory payroll, accounting or accommodation management should not be assumed replaced just because the main platform supports reports, invoices or accommodation offers.

Separate website services

A booking link, a new website, Website Sync and native checkout integration are different scopes. Optional website analytics adds another service. Confirm which items your proposal actually includes and who maintains the connection after launch.

The TIDEFORCE pricing page describes current platform and optional-service prices. The Website Sync page holds API allowances and usage rules so they do not become stale copies across comparison articles.

Make the tradeoff explicit

Compare total agreed cost with the workflow demonstrated to your team. Record unresolved requirements separately. A tool that leaves one manual step may still be the right choice; what matters is knowing the cost and responsibility before committing.
