- What happens when duration, capacity or a seasonal price changes?
- Which payment methods work for your country and account?
Delivery and equipment
- Can staff form groups and assign instructors using the relevant participant information?
- How is a shared equipment conflict shown and resolved?
- Can a specific rental item be followed through handover and return?
- Which records show actual attendance and work delivered?
Separate required features from assumptions. For TIDEFORCE, rental security deposits, extensions and overdue automation are not included in the currently described rental flow. Secure-link and one-tap QR access need confirmation for the school setup.
Finance and reporting
Ask to prepare an invoice from the booking, check a partial payment and review a changed service. Confirm who approves the invoice and how the records reach your accounting process. Test instructor compensation preparation separately from statutory payroll.
For analytics, ask which events and records contribute to each number. Customer identity, permission scope and consent matter when website activity is connected to customer history. A missing record must not be presented as zero activity.
Website, migration and total cost
Distinguish a storefront link or widget from public-content Website Sync, website creation and native booking integration. Ask which work is included, what requires separate implementation and who maintains the connection.
Check import fields with a sample export. Agree roles, training, payment setup and the launch rehearsal before committing to a date. Include recurring fees, transaction costs, optional services and staff work in the comparison.
Record the decision
