TIDEFORCE is a Commerce & Operations Platform for Outdoor Sports Schools. In everyday terms, it helps your school sell its offer under its own brand and organize the work created by those bookings.
Guests choose and book
The school presents courses, rentals and relevant extras in a booking flow. Shop products and vouchers can also be part of the offer. The Guidebook supplies preparation, meeting points and local recommendations; a recommendation is not automatically a third-party booking.
The team plans and delivers
Staff use the Whiteboard to form groups and assign instructors and equipment. They record attendance and the session outcome. The school still decides what is safe, who is suitable and how to respond to changing conditions.
Rental and inventory records keep the physical item connected with booked use, handover, return and documented condition. Inventory Intelligence helps interpret recorded usage; it does not inspect or track equipment with sensors.
The office reviews the records
Bookings and payments can be used to prepare invoices, which staff review before issue. Session reports support instructor compensation preparation, not statutory payroll processing. Customer 360 and Insights provide available views of supported records, subject to sources and permissions.
The website connection is a separate choice
An existing site can link to or embed the supported booking experience. Website Sync reads selected public content into an external website. Website creation, native booking implementation and optional website analytics have distinct scopes and prices.
Start with the product overview to choose the part of the school you want to improve. The pricing page explains platform terms and optional services; a demo request starts a conversation about your actual workflow.
