Introduce a connected platform one workflow at a time

Start with one complete booking workflow and expand once the team can reliably run it during a working day.

A new platform does not need to replace every existing workflow on day one. Choose one booking that can be handled from sale through delivery. The team can then see which connection actually helps.

Define the first workflow

Start with one course offer, one location and a responsible shift. Agree which records will move and which existing tools remain authoritative initially. The setup page explains preparation for import and launch.

Rehearse booking, payment, participant details, daily planning and the session report. Record the steps someone still completes outside the platform. An agreed transition is more useful than two competing plans.

Check the launch against observable results

Can reception find the booking? Does the instructor see the right group? Is the equipment actually issued assigned to the record? Can the office trace delivery and payment status? Also test a moved session and an equipment exchange.

Assign an owner to each unresolved case. Agree with the team which tasks work in the new workflow and where setup or training is still needed.

Choose the next connection deliberately

Once the first workflow is reliable, add the area with the greatest daily need: rentals, the shop, guest information or another location. A Guidebook answers preparation questions; a shop sells products. Each needs its own content and ownership.

The guide to the four areas explains their jobs. Before expanding, check which records are already maintained and what new work will be needed.
