Build a camp package guests and staff can both understand

Separate included services, optional extras, requests and local recommendations before selling a package.

A guest may think of a camp as one trip. The school has to deliver several parts: lessons, equipment, transport and perhaps accommodation. A clear package makes that difference understandable to both sides.

Write the included offer first

List the lessons, dates, duration and equipment included in the price. Explain what depends on conditions and how the school handles changes. Guests should not have to compare several pages to discover whether a wetsuit or transfer costs extra.

Choose a few relevant optional items and price them explicitly. Check the operational capacity behind each one. A combined basket does not create more shuttle seats or make an unavailable room bookable.

Distinguish confirmation from a request

Accommodation or partner services may require a separate availability check. Label that step clearly and agree who confirms it. TIDEFORCE can present accommodation as an offer or booking item; hotel-style room management and OTA synchronization are separate requirements to assess.

Guidebook recommendations have another role. A restaurant tip or local event can improve the trip without being part of the paid package or a third-party reservation.

Check the team's delivery view

Test the package with two guests who choose different extras. Staff need to see the information relevant to each lesson, transfer or rental without interpreting a vague package name. Define who updates the record if an item changes.

After delivery, an appropriate next course or shop item can be discussed using the recorded context. Do not promise automatic recommendations or claim personal use of an item without an explicit record.

The camp workflow covers planning across dates. Booking and commerce explains how guests select the offer.
