Choose the right connection between your website and booking

A clear website can use a booking link, a widget, public-content synchronization or a separately scoped native integration.

A school website should help visitors understand the offer and take the right next step. That does not require every school to rebuild its website or implement a custom checkout.

Start with the visitor’s task

Can a visitor find the right activity, understand the price and reach the relevant booking or enquiry? Check the journey on a phone and in the languages your guests use. Good content and a working link can already solve a large part of the problem.

Keep the words accurate. “Book now” should lead to a supported booking flow. A button opening a contact form should describe an enquiry or conversation.

Choose the connection you need

  • A storefront link or supported booking widget connects an existing site to the booking experience. Self-managed linking or embedding has no setup fee; platform terms still apply.
  • Website Sync supplies selected public content through a read-only connection. Its API and optional image usage follow their own pricing.
  • Website creation modernizes the site itself. Its agreed scope does not automatically include native booking, shop or Guidebook implementation.
  • Native booking integration is a separately scoped implementation project.

Website Insights and Connected Journey are optional analytics services. They are distinct from content synchronization and depend on supported sources, identity configuration and consent where required.

Keep the same offer on both sides

Check that the website description, displayed starting price and selected booking option agree. Explain when “from” pricing refers to a particular variant. Give someone responsibility for content updates and test the connection after changing a product. This connection also matters for AI discovery and planned booking integrations: guests need a path from the offer they find to the right booking.

See school website options for implementation scope and Website Sync for usage and bundles. Choose the smallest connection that covers the actual customer journey and can be maintained by the school or its agency.
