Save Your Table Setup as a Personal View

Keep the whole setup together

A personal view remembers how you have arranged the table, including:

• The filters and sorting you have selected.
• Which columns are visible and which are hidden.
• Column order, widths and pinned columns.
• The row density you prefer.

When you return to that view, the setup is restored together. You can keep one arrangement for a regular equipment check and create another when the next task calls for different information.

Know when your changes are saved

Once you finish a change to a personal view, TIDEFORCE saves the updated setup automatically. The View saved status confirms that it has been stored. Update view remains available if you want to save manually.

Built-in system views stay protected. You can use one as a starting point, adjust its filters or layout and choose Save as new view to keep a personal version. The original default remains available.

Create a view for a recurring task

1. Open Inventory and select a view close to the task you want to do.
2. Set the filters and sorting, then hide, resize or reorder the columns you need.
3. Open the three-dot view menu and choose Save as new view. Give it a name that describes the task.
4. Continue working in your personal view. After later changes, look for View saved to confirm the setup is stored.

Use Rename when a view needs a clearer name. Choose Duplicate when you want a second version to adjust for another job. The copy includes the current table setup, including changes made just before you duplicate it.

Start with one table you use regularly. Put the information you check most often within reach, save the arrangement and return to it the next time that task comes around.
